Guest calls front desk -

 

Guest: " I parked my car in the parking gararge. do I need to get it or can the valet guys bring it up?"

 

Guest Service Agent: "Sir, you say you parked your car yourself?'

 

Guest: "Yes."

 

Guest Service Agent: "Well, Sir, since you parked the car yourself our valet wouldn't know where to find your car, so you would need to get it yourself."

 

Guest: "oh. ok."
