I'm at a 6

On a scale of 1 to 10, that's where I would put myself on
accomplishment of new years goals. They say it takes 21 days to form a
habit, and unfortunately I'm still working on breaking some of the old
ones. I'm off to a good start but why is it always a struggle? Why
can't I live off of 4-5 hours of sleep on a continual basis? Why is
time management such a chore?

Can anyone form any habit in 21 days, "set it and then forget it", or
are there some that will always be a struggle?

But hey, it's only January 23. There's still hope for me and for you.
For those of you on the right track, what are your secrets, tips, or
tricks?
